About Meghana Karanjkar
Meghana Karanjkar is an Certified Executive and Organizational Coach working and living in the New York City area. She has worked in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for the last 20 years and been an Internal Coach to various stakeholders during this time. Working at large consulting organizations like Accenture, Deloitte and Verizon has given her the business acumen that is needed while coaching clients in the corporate landscape.
Meghana is very passionate about coaching as she can see the radical shift that it can bring to her clients as they have more clarity in their goals and can move forward to action within the safety of the relationship that she builds with care. The nurturing quality of the relationship provides the framework to build trust within which clients feel safe to take risks and allow themselves to be challenged. This gradually pushes them towards taking action that yields results and propels them forward towards their goals.
Meghana has acquired her Coaching Certification from the prestigious 3CP Coaching Program at Columbia University and is an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is also holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Psychology and uses these educational foundational skills to drive her coaching practice. She is a PHR Certified as a Professional in Human Resources from the HRCI institute.
