What is Coaching
It is a transformative journey that is taken by a client with a coach where they gain clarity of their own values and what is really important to them, set achievable goals and take action steps which changes their work life and their careers all within the safe setting of a trusting coaching relationship.
Coaching Process
This is a one hour confidential session that happens over Zoom at a schedule that works for coach and client. For best results, each session is held biweekly for a minimum of 3 months (total of 6 sessions) so that a new action is reinforced and success is observed having the coach as a thought and accountability partner in this process. You can choose a package for 3 months or 6 months.
Step 1: What’s Up
Understanding the current situation in depth and raising your hopes and concerns for the same along with gaining clarity on the emotion that this is creating. Surfacing your core values and helping to gain clarity around those so that your goals are created.
Step 2: What Matters
Bringing to the forefront the environment in which you operate, how you perceive it and how you are perceived. Working on various options to fulfill those goals, making a SMART plan and working on action steps to meet them.
Step 3: What’s Next
The various action strategies that you will start taking to the fulfillment of these goals, learning along the way through successes as well as derailers. You will continue on the journey of growth and renewal and will learn how to reflect in action, in the moment.
