About Coach Megh

I am a Certified Executive and Organizational Coach working in and living in the Greater New York City area. Having worked in Talent Acquisition for large organizations like Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG and Verizon for the last 20 years and have been an Internal Coach to various leaders during this time. I acquired the prestigious Columbia Coaching Program Certification and the ACC from the International Coaching Federation which is the leading global organization in Coaching for setting high standards and providing certification.

My coaching style is based on creating trust and safety for my clients through confidentiality, my coaching presence and taking time to build a relationship. As the process continues we get clarity around what is truly important, our values and start working towards goals that are built on those and start taking action steps towards those goals. This way, we move forward to changing our work and career, our growth begins to unfold and our future changes.
